Is Home Food Safety Slacking?
Food is important. We all need it. We can't live without it. So why are we not safer about how we prepare it? I read an article by Steven A. Shaw called "Take a Rat to Dinner"
It was interesting that he pointed out how people freak out about the safety of food preparation in restaurants, but will fail worse in our own homes when it comes to food safety. Some of the things he mentions I never even thought about. Something to ponder...
