In June a $200 million dollar power plant will come online full scale in the US. It's source of power.....turkey waste. The 55 megawatt Fibrominn LLC plant is the first poultry litter electric plant in the US. It will produce enough renewable energy to service power for 50,000 homes.

I believe there are a couple small power plants in the UK that run on Turkey and chicken waste :)
